Ligure comes from a plot selection blend whose yields are very low (8hl/year). Maceration lasts about 1 and a half months and then the wine rests for 36 to 40 months in oak barrels. This wine is surprising, it combines finesse and power, elegance and roundness. The aromas are composed of very ripe black fruits and pepper. The palate is sophisticated and incredibly silky.
