“Servoisine” is one of the noblest terroirs of the estate. It is located right next to the “Clos du Cellier” and faces south. Native yeasts. Aged for one year, 50% in new barrels and 50% in one-wine barrels. The Pinot noir from 38-year-old vines is full of warmth and light, revealing a mineral nose and fresh red fruits. The palate is elegant and aromatic. We also find red fruits marked by spices and a fine woodiness. A beautiful aromatic persistence, delicate and distinguished.
