"La Chaumette" is a gourmet and fleshy rosé. Thanks to its aging on fine lees for 6 months in an ovoid concrete vat and its short passage in barrels, this wine with a light and delicate color, has a beautiful balance between suppleness, roundness and freshness. Its gourmet nose reveals aromas of exotic fruits, citrus fruits and white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, we happily taste this elegant juice which, under its salmon color, reveals a certain tension and a beautiful structure.
