This wine is the result of a selection of the most beautiful Gamay Saint Romain clusters, which have reached full maturity. In the sun, on a roof, the grapes are raisined (drying on wood) for about a month. Result: a lot of concentration of sugars and aromas. Fresh strawberries dominate at the start, then are joined by notes of ripe apples, candied fruit and even dried fig. You will have understood, “Emoi” is a real treat. However, the Roanne grape variety preserves a beautiful structure and acidity on the palate. Thus, both delicious and opulent, it is complemented by a slightly tangy structure. The finish is persistent and truly well balanced.
