Cultivated on granite soils in organic farming and coming from 80-year-old vines, this cuvée follows the typical process of a Beaujolais in terms of vinification with a concrete tank passage for fermentation after the traditional carbonic maceration. The wine is then aged in barrels for 10 to 12 months. This Fleurie offers us a beautiful balance with a suave mouth full of fresh black fruits and an assortment of spices! Vinified without inputs (natural wine).
