Composed of 100% small-grain Gamay Noir grown on the pink granite soils of the Régnié appellation in the center of the Beaujolais vineyards between Morgon and Brouilly; “Aux Bruyeres” will be aged for 12 months in barrels to give it body and precision. On the palate we find complex aromas of black fruits, empyreumatic notes and more floral notes. The balance is superb, the tannins silky and noble carried by a beautiful freshness! A very beautiful wine from Frédéric Berne.
