A vintage reflecting the terroir and tradition. A selection of old vines from mass selection of the Serine grape variety, the original strain and local name of Syrah. This vintage is aged for 18 months in barrels. A Saint-Joseph with a lovely nose of very ripe black fruits, a spicy and wild touch, delicate woody touches. A Saint-Joseph which will be appreciated when young to savor the fruity aromas but whose aging (15 years and more) will give elegance and complexity. The 2021 vintage allows us to have a wine which already opens very well with youth, much more pleasant thanks to the freshness of the vintage.
