“Tildé” is the name of this little accent which allows you to accentuate certain words in the Spanish language, but also an inscription in Old French that was affixed to an object, like a brand. This vintage is a signature of the winemaker, referring to his work and his origins. Made from vines around forty years old, this wine has rare depth. A little austere at first, it finally reveals its elegance. Subtle notes of pepper, mint and ripe red fruits. This purity and strength are provided by a 20-day maceration in stainless steel vats and demi-muids, then by aging for 12 months in barrels and demi-muids as well.
