After the Second World War, the terraces overlooking the estate were used as a vegetable garden. These “hanging gardens” were very sought after due to their southern exposure. They made it possible to obtain high quality early vegetables. We find these characteristics in the wine, full of white fruits, spices and plants (verbena). You can even make out a hint of Earl Gray tea. Its length is striking and makes it a balanced and very fine wine. For this Condrieu, Pierre-Jean Villa aged for 12 months in demi-muids.
