The three flagship grape varieties of the Rhône valley make up this Côtes Du Rhône cuvée. Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault are harvested by hand on the stony clay and limestone soils of the Vinsobres territory. The young Vinsobres vines (less than 40 years old) are declassified and put into this Côtes-du-Rhône. In order to bring out all its fruit, the aging is done in stainless steel vats. Plum, cherry, blackberry and black fruits combine to give a wine displaying power but finesse. There is lamb's lettuce and fruit.
