Ex-Voto is a legendary plot located on the Hermitage hill. The vines are between 50 and 90 years old and are harvested and vinified only in years of great vintages! After aging for 30 months in small new oak barrels, this white Ermitage will become a legendary and exceptional cuvée. They perfectly translate the essence of the terroir and the character of Marsanne and Roussanne. The nose is intense and elegant; acacia flowers, honey, hawthorn, toasted notes. The palate is rich, structured by a nice fat brought by the aging. An exceptional cuvée that requires a little patience before being tasted.
