This new vintage from the Terres d'Ocre estate is made from Pinot noir grown in the place called Les Gravoches. The nature of the soil gives its name to the wine "Les Cailloux" where the Pinot noir flourishes perfectly with its pretty Guyot shape (refer to the bottle label). This plot is currently being converted to organic farming, and Florent Barichard strives to intervene as little as possible in order to leave room for the expression of his terroir. The result is very delicious. A superb nectar with a fruity bouquet, the palate is intense and slightly acidic which gives the wine a beautiful freshness and great “drinkability”. To uncork during a dinner with friends!
