We vinified at low temperature so as to magnify the natural fruit of the grapes, then carried out gentle extractions of color and tannins, remaining very vigilant about preserving the aromas. The wine was aged in vats. The color is dense with purple reflections. We are instantly under the spell of the aromas which explode joyfully as soon as we tilt our nose above the glass. Black cherry, plum, redcurrant combine and form a happy and delicious union. The mouth matches the nose (if we dare say so) because it amplifies these same aromas by giving them a firm but not hard tannic support, and a good acidity, which makes the wine particularly digestible.
