This vintage exists in both red and white colors, it comes from the most beautiful terroirs of the property, those with the healthiest water management. These are plots that have the best climatic exposure and whose soils are both draining and whose depth allows the constitution of a sufficiently large water reserve so that the plant does not suffer from the summer drought. This results in obtaining a very homogeneous maturity whose berries offer an excellent balance between the quality of the tannins, acidity and aromas. This balance allows for more in-depth work on the grape (long maceration) and on the wine (long aging in barrels).
