Saint-Amour is believed to be the northernmost of Beaujolais. With a ruby red color, it delivers deep notes of black fruits such as blackcurrant, blackberry and black cherries followed by a sensation of damp stone and spices that transports us. What follows is surprising thanks to this acidity which makes our mouths water and which makes this finish endless.
